Prescription is a premium Pilates studio group operating across Iberian Peninsula.
The brief was to define a coherent sonic identity for all OFF-moments — the time clients spend in the space outside of classes: arrival, waiting, recovery, departure.
The challenge was twofold: create a shared musical framework that would feel intentional and on-brand across all studios, while allowing each location to retain its own character.
Music needed to support energy transitions throughout the day without ever feeling generic, repetitive, or disconnected from the Prescription experience.
We ran a co-design workshop with studio managers and leadership to extract the brand’s sonic DNA from the inside out — identifying the emotional territories, the non-negotiables, and what Prescription must never sound like.
From those insights, we built four musical territories and mapped them across five daily time slots, from early morning through to closing.
Each studio received a tailored scheduling setup, aligned to its actual opening hours and class timetable, ensuring the right territory is always active at the right moment.
The playlists were designed to guide energy arcs invisibly: present enough to be felt, controlled enough to never dominate.
Studio teams described the experience as consistent, welcoming, and professionally considered.
Music became a background infrastructure: always on, always right, no longer something anyone had to think about.
