Who we are

Aesthetic Music Collective was founded by Clement Nadjo, a cultural enthusiast and music curator with 15 years of product leadership, building new products from scratch through design thinking and an iterative approach.

For more than a decade, he served in parallel as Editor-in-Chief of a leading hip-hop magazine in France, exploring cultural movements, spotlighting emerging artists, and shaping narratives that helped define a generation of artists.

As a DJ, he also experienced the emotional power of music firsthand — how the right track can shift an atmosphere and connect people instantly.

With Aesthetic Music Collective, this lifelong passion meets product and brand expertise to design sonic identities that go beyond background music, creating atmospheres that are authentic, memorable, and business-driven.
